We currently ship to anywhere in the United Kingdom, European Union, USA, Canada and Australia. If you are interested in our products but are outside these areas, please message us and we'll check to see if we can accommodate your request.

We are based in the beautiful Scotland countryside :)

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Our current processing time is between 1-3 business days. We only pack and post orders on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays due to the pandemic. We are a small family run business; hence, we currently do not offer next day deliveries, BUT, if you need your order quickly, we can try to process your order as fast as we possibly can. Please leave us a message using our Contact Form.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We use Royal Mail or FedEx to ship your orders. The delivery times vary depending on the service you choose during checkout. Kindly note that these are estimated and exclude bank holidays, weekends, and postal delays. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change shipping method, nor will we be able to expedite it.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES?
You don't have to pay duties for shipments to the UK. However, orders shipping to other locations may be subject to import duties, handling fees and VAT, which is out of our control.

All prices are in GBP by default. This can be changed on the top right corner of the website. If you are paying via Paypal, your order might be processed in USD.

All rings are placed in a leather pouch, then in our branded gift box - perfect for gift-giving!

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Oh no! We are very sorry and deeply apologize for the trouble this will cause. We try our hardest to inspect your order before shipping them. Unfortunately, damages can happen during shipment. If this happens to you, please contact us at info@bloomeree.com. Kindly include your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can make things right for you.

WHICH MATERIALS DO YOU USE IN YOUR JEWELLERY?
All of our rings are made of 925 sterling silver. Please check individual product descriptions for more information.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
Always remove your jewellery when applying beauty products like make-up, perfume and hairspray. Or, just put it on last when getting ready. Kindly remove your jewellery when sleeping, showering, cooking, cleaning or swimming. If, by accident, you’ve exposed it to chemicals such as chlorine, just rinse off quickly.  

Protect Your Gemstones
Cleaning your gemstones regularly enhances their natural colour and lustre, while being an excellent occasion to check for any signs of wear or damage. We recommend to always use untreated, dry, soft cloths in the cleaning process. Remember to AVOID hot water and harsh chemicals.

HOW DO I SEND AN ORDER AS A GIFT?
That's so sweet of you! If you'd like to send one of our pieces as a gift, simply enter the lucky recipient's name and address during checkout. Unfortunately, only one shipping address can be used per order, so if you're gifting our jewellery to more than one person, you'll need to place a separate order for each address.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We are sorry you’re considering a return. Your 100% satisfaction is always our priority. However, if you’re anything less than 100% satisfied with one of our products, you can return it for a refund. Please check out our Return and Refund policy HERE. We do not accept exchanges.

For customers from outside the UK who are making returns, please clearly mark the customs declaration form with "RETURNED GOODS - NO SALES VALUE". We will not be able to accept non-EU returns that are not marked accordingly.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We are unable to accept exchanges at this time. If you want a different size or different item entirely, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
